Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on phmacai. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. phmacai employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the player may be closed and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmacai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
phmacai's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phmacai account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phmacai does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In the event of a dispute between you and phmacai, you are encouraged to contact phmacai's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. phmacai will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit phmacai's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
phmacai operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
